The idea was based on the synergy between hotel operations and apartment sales. Small apartment strategy and layout optimization: The company developed a strategy focusing on building mainly small, two-room apartments. At the same time, the layouts of all apartments were carefully analyzed and adjusted to make them as attractive as possible to potential buyers.
