The project to modernize Kolobrzeg's Concert Shell combines modernity with history to create a cultural focal point for the city, ready for the summer of 2025. Project - Concert Shell The project to modernize Kolobrzeg's Concert Shell, scheduled for completion in April 2025, will combine modern technology with the historic style of the facility. Critical to the success of the project will be meeting the work schedule and adapting the facility to the expectations of residents and tourists. The goal is to make the Concert Shell a central venue for cultural events in the city. The problem Kolobrzeg's Concert Shell, built in the late 1970s, was a historic but neglected facility. The previous tenant organized low-quality events there, mainly feasts and disco polo concerts, which did not attract a wide audience or meet the expectations of residents and tourists. In addition, there was a lack of modern solutions both architecturally and in terms of entertainment. Solution In July 2024, we won a tender in the form of a competition, organized by the City of Kolobrzeg, for the development and renovation of the Concert Shell. The contract for the project was signed the same month, and we have 12 months from the date of its signing to carry out the renovation. The goal is to complete all work by the end of April 2025, so that the facility will be ready for the 2025 summer season. Concept for the renovation and landscaping: Renovation of the Concert Shell: modernization of the stage, installation of modern lighting and sound system. New food and beverage functions: creation of a restaurant, bar and café overlooking the stage, allowing guests to eat during events. Recreational zones: development of green areas, creation of a children's playground and relaxation and leisure zones. Facilities for cyclists: a bicycle repair station and bicycle parking, with a view to the many cyclists using the seaside promenade. Cultural program: organization of diverse events, such as concerts, film screenings, themed events and activities for different age groups, including families with children and young people. What will be the result? By implementing this project, our company will restore the Concert Shell to its former glory, enriching it with modern facilities and a rich cultural and entertainment program. The Concert Shell will become the focal point of Kolobrzeg's cultural life, attracting both residents and tourists. Regularly organized events such as concerts, dance evenings and themed festivals will cater to a diverse audience, increasing the number of visitors and supporting the local economy. Summary In July 2024, the company won the competition for the development and renovation of the band shell. Partner Expert created the reception area and lobby at the Sunday Resort, raising the standard of the facility and the value of the investment, ensuring the success of the project in Ustron Morski. By creating a reception and lobby area and taking on the role of operator, the company significantly raised the standard of the facility and the value of the entire investment. Professional management and attention to common spaces have increased guest comfort and the success of the entire project. Problem The Sunday Resort Ustronie Morskie investment, located in a picturesque seaside village, had great potential, but lacked a key element that could increase its value. The investor initially did not plan to create a dedicated reception area or lobby, which could have negatively affected the attractiveness of the offer and effective management of the property. Solution Partner Expert, recognizing the potential of the investment, independently proposed to the investor to purchase a service unit on the premises to create a reception area with a small lobby for guests. The goal was to raise the standard of service and increase the value of the investment by providing tourists with a central place where they could get information, pick up keys and consult on matters related to their stay. Partner Expert undertook to create and operate this common area at its own expense, making it possible to introduce additional services to the development and provide professional management of apartment rentals. The company also became the official operator of the facility, which was new for the developer, who had not used such a management model in previous projects. Expected results With the introduction of the reception and lobby, the value of the development will increase significantly. Apartment owners at Sunday Resort Ustronie Morskie confirm that such a solution will positively affect the management of the facility and the comfort of their guests. From January 2025, Partner Expert, as the official operator, will ensure order and professional service, which will further increase the prestige of the investment. Designed with tranquility and nature in mind, while offering modern, elegant interiors. Problem Investor, Ms. Katarzyna Rudzka-Kęsik, owner of Gea Eco-Apartments Sp. z o.o., had been preparing for about two years to develop an apartment project in Pleśna, but changing economic conditions necessitated a change in approach. First, the COVID-19 pandemic and then the war in Ukraine affected the project's original assumptions. These situations forced the consideration of different concepts regarding the functionality of the facility, its character and its adaptation to the changing needs of the region and the tourism market. Solution In order to solve the previous problems, Partner Expert conducted two years of consultations with the investor before designing the facility. Thanks to this, it was possible to accurately identify the needs of the market and the specifics of the location. The result was the design of the GEA Sea & Resort complex, including five buildings, a centrally located swimming pool and a lobby with a restaurant and reception area. Partner Expert provided consulting and advisory services, which made it possible to create a project that is attractive to both investors and tourists. Results Thanks to the consultations carried out and the precise adaptation of the project to local conditions, GEA Sea & Resort is ready to start construction of the first phase of the project. Construction is scheduled to begin at the end of November 2024, which will be a key step in the realization of this prestigious project.
