Problem

The investor, Ms. Katarzyna Rudzka-Kęsik, owner of Gea Eco-Apartments Sp. z o.o., had been preparing for about two years to develop an apartment project in Plesna, but changing economic conditions made it necessary to change the approach. First, the COVID-19 pandemic and then the war in Ukraine affected the project's original assumptions. These situations forced the consideration of different concepts regarding the functionality of the facility, its character and its adaptation to the changing needs of the region and the tourist market.

Solution

In order to solve previous problems, Partner Expert conducted two years of consultations with the investor before designing the facility. As a result, it was possible to accurately identify the needs of the market and the specifics of the location. The result was the design of the GEA Sea & Resort complex, including five buildings, a centrally located swimming pool and a lobby with a restaurant and reception area. Partner Expert provided consulting and advisory services, which made it possible to create a project that is attractive to both investors and tourists.

Results

Thanks to the consultations carried out and the precise adaptation of the project to local conditions, GEA Sea & Resort is ready to begin construction of the first phase of the project. Construction is scheduled to begin at the end of November 2024, which will be a key step in the realization of this prestigious project.
